Last night, I entered Google Maps and for the first time, it asked for a password. I didn’t know it and added one. Now my email doesn’t work. I want it back. I am not logged into my email account on any other devices and only have a phone number on file to help reset my password. I am 65 and not tech-savvy. I need to use my email and get rid of the password for Google Maps or change the mess from last night.

I have a Lenovo T430s upgraded to Windows 10. A non-functional email address was installed (presumably by Microsoft) when I tried to open an old MS account, causing my T430s to not recognize my PIN, password, or fingerprint. I can't sign in because the computer doesn't accept my password, even after resetting it at the MS account. How can I resolve this issue without losing my files?

I'm trying to set up my attglobal.net email in Outlook after replacing my hard drive. I don't remember the original incoming/outgoing server settings and can't find any links to attglobal.net online to recover my password. How can I set up my email and reset my password?

I am using Classic Shell on a Windows 10 laptop to display files and folders in a classic XP menu style. I want to view graphics files as small versions of the actual images, but I am only seeing different sized icons instead of the mini images of the graphics files. This issue is only happening on my laptop, not on my desktop units. How can I resolve this?
