Last night, I ordered food from KFC through my app, was given a pickup time and confirmation that my order was ready for $34.64. However, when my son-in-law and daughter arrived to pick up the order, the doors were locked and they were told that there was no more food available. They tried to explain that our order was ready, but were informed that there was no more food. The store must have closed at 9 pm. I would like to know if I was charged and if I can get a refund.
