MS installed IE 11 on my Lenovo laptop running Windows 7. When I try to choose my home page and search engine, the Done button doesn't work, and the computer locks up, requiring a reboot. I've tried setting the computer back in time, but the issue returns after the next update. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I am not getting any sound when I try to use my laptop camera video recorder. My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite S55T running Windows 8. I've tried setting up a microphone and switching from microphone to internal computer mic, but nothing is working. How can I get sound on my video recordings?

I have a problem with my Facebook account and Skype. On Facebook, someone hacked my account. On Skype, I can't call a particular friend, even though we used to talk and everything was fine until a week ago. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Skype, changing our emails, and even calling each other in a conversation group works, but not one-on-one. What can I do to resolve these issues?
