My account has been blocked due to suspicious activity. I have talked with customer service 3 times and followed the directions emailed to me after each contact. The directions haven’t worked, and I am extremely frustrated. I have had a Prime account for several years, which includes Prime Video, Britbox, Acorn, and Paramount. During one of the conversations with customer service, I was told that I needed to open a new account. I did, but the problem wasn’t solved. I simply want to take the hold off of my account and need some “real” help.
