My account has been temporarily frozen because I was hacked. It has been frozen for a month. I would like to place an order. Can you 'unfreeze' my account? I am unable to log in, and my credit cards work everywhere else except on Shein. I have already tried working with Just Answer with no success.

I can't get my SONOS system to respond on the control panel on my computer. It says 'Your SONOS system was not found. Please ensure that your SONOS products are plugged into power.' The geeks set it up for me yesterday, but today this is what I get on my screen. What can be done to resolve this issue?
