My account on PlayStation Network (PSN) has been suspended because I cancelled my credit card, and purchases in excess of $1000 were made to the card. I was told to pay $5 to get my question answered, but I don't want to enter another credit card. Is there someone I can speak to?

I have tried to process my Groupon account twice with help in filling in credit card information and received a response to contact support. I thought I purchased a BJ's membership on 4/30 for $20. I have two Benq monitors connected to a Wavlink universal docking station via HDMI cables, which is then connected to an HP laptop via a USB-C to USB cable. Every time I plug the USB into the laptop, the monitors come on for 30 seconds and then go dark, displaying 'no connection detected'. What can I do to fix this?
