I have a frozen email account (***@******.***) with Microsoft. I have two phone numbers, a Canadian one (###) ###-#### and a Mexican one (###) ###-####, but my Mexican phone and laptop are not receiving emails. My Canadian phone is in sleep mode and still gets emails. I've tried multiple times to resolve this issue with Microsoft, but the problem persists. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
