My AOL email address is sending out spam emails to everyone on my contact list. I was using CA Security, removed it, and now use McAfee, which shows no threats, but the emails keep getting sent out. What can be done to fix this issue?

I dropped my mouse, and after buying a new one (Logitech), it stopped working after a few weeks. I returned it and got another one, but it also stopped working after a short time. I then tried a Microsoft mouse, which also stopped working after a couple of weeks. What could be causing this issue?

I have a Toshiba Satellite L305-S5894 laptop with model PSLB8U-023003 and serial 98227517Q. I need to reload the Windows Vista program using the recovery disks I received when I purchased the laptop. However, nothing launches when I insert the disk. What are my options?
