I have a new Gateway PC running Windows 7 and use Windows Live Mail for email. When I open my inbox and try to delete or move messages to the junk mail folder using the red X or red symbol, they disappear from view when I click on the message. How can I resolve this issue?

I have multiple viruses, including a Trojan, backdoor, and virus.dos.fire.2682, on my PC. I continuously get a screen called Security Tool which offers to remove the virus but leads to an endless loop when trying to purchase the software. McAfee scans show no viruses, but Security Tool still warns me. How can I remove these viruses?

My hard drive died recently and I had it fixed by Apple. However, in trying to reset up my Mac, I somehow lost the numbers required to set up the Elgato hybrid device. I would appreciate it if you would send me the registration numbers so I can enjoy my Elgato hybrid TV again. Thanks, XXXXX
