My ARCHOS Jukebox Recorder model JBR V2 with OS version 1.20 will not record. Everything else is working fine. I have tried downloading a new ajz. file and resetting by holding the 'off' button. What else can I do to fix this issue?

My Fn key functions on my Lenovo Legion laptop have stopped working and the hotkeys are completely reversed. They used to control mute, volume up/down, and brightness up/down, but now they open new pages or the search function. I've tried Fn + Esc and disabling hot keys in the BIOS, but nothing has changed. How can I revert the settings back to normal?
