My bank put a block on my card due to suspected fraud, and now Apple Pay won't accept my card even after the block was removed. I deleted the card from my Apple ID and tried to re-enter it, but it keeps getting declined. The bank says they can't re-activate the card for Apple because I keep deleting it when I try to enter it. How can I get my card back on my Apple account?

Yesterday my computer started loading pages very slowly, worse than dial-up connections. I have rebooted, deleted temp internet files, deleted lots of emails, de-fragged, and nothing has improved. What could be causing this issue and what steps can I take to resolve it?

Unable to log into my last year's account. The alternative is to input my SSN and phone number, but I'm not comfortable with this option as it doesn't show a security lock icon. My phone number and address have changed since last year. Should I enter as a new subscriber?
