My Acer computer will not work in normal mode; it only works in safe mode with networking. I have contacted BT, and the line is okay. They suggested it could be a driver issue. I have done a system restore, which works temporarily, but after updates, the computer gets stuck at 0% on the last update and does not proceed. I have waited for hours and days with no change. What can I do to resolve this issue?

My Yahoo email links, when clicked, bring up a blank page. I can't apply to jobs or see what they are. Ever since I upgraded to your version of Explorer, this is a huge issue and I need to fix it. I am using Vista OS.
