My Canon TS6020 printer is not responding when trying to print from my computer. The printer can copy without the computer, and I have checked the port and enabled bi-directional communication. I am connecting the printer wirelessly to the computer, and I am unsure if there have been any recent changes to the wireless settings or router. I don't know when the last OS update was on my computer. What should I do to resolve this issue?
