My card is no longer blocked, and I have $400 and some cents in Clash of Clans. Can you let that transaction go through? I've tried updating my payment information and making another purchase, but it still says payment declined even though I have the money in my bank and there's no longer a hold on the card. They initially thought it was fraudulent, but I confirmed it was not. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I'm using TeamViewer to remote into client servers and workstations, but my trial version has expired due to suspicion of commercial use. I like TeamViewer but the monthly cost of $40 is beyond my budget. For the past 4 days, I've been unable to copy text from the internet for my blog due to an error message stating 'impossible to open the document: the user doesn't have the rights for the access.'
