My phone shows (###) ###-#### and I cannot dial. I don't know the brand/model or operating system of my smartphone, and I can't open it. This issue has been ongoing for one hour, and I've tried turning it off, but I can't do anything. The phone is an Apple iPhone X, and it's stuck with a message I left.

How can I prevent someone from posting compromising pictures on Facebook to friends and family? This person is blackmailing me for money, and I refuse to pay someone who most likely will never stop blackmailing me. I am currently in the process of deactivating my Facebook account, which takes up to 30 days. I have already blocked the person who is blackmailing me, but there are multiple people with the same name. I am also concerned about ensuring these photos don't get posted, but I don't have them to delete.

I can't change the credit card associated with my iTunes ID. I've contacted Apple support, but they keep sending me back to the same screens that don't allow me to make the change. I have a MacBook Pro and am trying to purchase music from the iTunes store. The credit card listed on the account is no longer valid, and I've tried removing and editing the card information, but it always takes me back to the same page. What can I do to successfully change my credit card information?
