My computer, an Acer, is connected to a Canon PIXMA MG2920 printer, but it suddenly stopped working. The printer has a yellow light blinking, and it won't print. I've tried turning the printer off and on, but it still doesn't work. What should I do?

We were told our order for a TV bracket would be delivered Friday. The order number is 2177836597552. Can you tell me the status of this order? Additionally, our store in Eagle Rock near Glendale, CA now has a bracket in stock that we need. We would like to cancel this order and get the credit back on my husband’s card so we can pick up the bracket ourselves.

I have never received the three packs of Poise pads 84 count @$40.36 each which was ordered on August 20 and supposedly delivered on August 22. I have tracked the purchase and it says 'Can't find your package'. I would like a refund of $121.08 credited to my Mastercard 8996. Does anyone else have access to this account? Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you? I purchased these items from Walmart.
