I'm not sure if I have an account with Belong or not. I tried to open an account and entered a password, but it was not correct. I have an email address and phone number linked to it, and I have an automatic payment made monthly against my credit card. I also need to know the cost for international calls and will need to update my credit card details soon. What should I do?

I have been playing Lumosity on my phone and paid for my 2nd-year subscription. When I try to play on my tablet, it does not recognize my subscription and only gives me a few games. I have a new Master Card and need to be able to play all games on my tablet since I did pay.
