I dial voicemail and it clicks through then gets a busy signal. I have a Panasonic KX-TGA641 phone and Xfinity as my service provider. I've tried dialing voicemail on two phones with the same result. What should I do?

My ThinkPad X1 Gen 9 won't start one year and one day after I received it. The charger cord charges my cell phone but there's no power indicator on the ThinkPad. I hear no sounds when I press the power button, and the battery is not readily accessible. What could be the issue, and what steps can I take to troubleshoot or fix it?

I have an annual NY Times subscription paid through Apple Pay, but when I try to log into my account using my email, the NYT says there's no account associated with it. However, I continue to receive subscription services. Is there another email that Apple Pay might be using for my account?
