My computer is running slow, and my HP OfficeJet 4650 printer works fine until I want to copy something. The computer is a Dell, 5 years old, running Windows 10. This issue has been ongoing for about a month, and I haven't tried any solutions yet. What could be causing this and what can I do to fix it?

Trying to watch a Fandango movie changed my password and now it says I have to undo my Roku account. I don't know if I'm logged into my email account on any other devices, and I'm not sure if I have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset my password. I just want to watch a movie.

I forgot my password and my phone reset itself. I've tried numerous passwords with no success and reached out to Verizon techs, who said it was a Google issue regarding my password. I have all my documentations, contacts, and history on that phone. What can I do to recover my data?
