My computer locked up yesterday with a message saying 'access to this PC has been blocked for security reasons, two threats detected: trojan spyware.' The computer is an HP, and I don't know the operating system. I haven't tried anything yet as the message advises not to restart the computer. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I can't access my Lyft driver app, but I have no problem accessing the dashboard. My driver's license number is already attached to my cell number, but the app says it's not associated with my phone number. Both the license number and cell number are correct in the driver dashboard. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?
