When I go on the internet and click on any video news or music, it won't play. I have Windows XP and have already tried updating Internet Explorer and Windows XP, downloading codecs, and disabling the Windows firewall. The videos hang for a few minutes and then lock up the computer, requiring a Ctrl+Alt+Delete to exit. I just bought a new Dell computer, and after a factory reset, the issue persists. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

I just bought a safe model A3867 and can't open it. The key cylinder was pressed in, and the instructions say the safe will lock if the key cylinder is pressed in with or without a key. It also says to insert the key in the lock and turn until the plunger pops out before dialing the combination. However, the key doesn't turn. How do I open this safe for the first time?
