I built a new computer with an AMD Ryzen 1700 CPU, ASUS Crosshair VI Hero motherboard, Corsair Hydro Series Dual Fans for cooling, 16 GB RAM, a 500 GB M.2 SSD, and other high-end components. When attempting to install Windows 7 Pro, the startup screen freezes immediately, both in normal and safe modes. I have tried rebooting multiple times and even tried a clean load of Windows 7 Pro, but the screen freezes at the installation screen. What could be causing this issue, and what steps can I take to resolve it?

I have a license for 5 installs of Office 2016 Professional Plus. I had installed it on 4 computers, but realized I did a second install on one due to a virus. One of the computers it was on stopped booting, so I replaced it with a new one. I'm unable to do another install of Office. Is there a way to transfer the license from the dead computer to the new one?

I have been experiencing issues with my TV and cable service. The TV remote only works for the guide, and I am not receiving the Classic package with local channels that I ordered from Directv. I have a Gmail account that I use only for my Kindle to buy books from Amazon. I am overseas and can't access it anywhere. Amazon sent a code to check if it was me, but I can't get to it. I bought something but it didn't get to my Kindle device. I am not logged into that Gmail account on any other devices, and the phone number and recovery account belong to someone who set up my Kindle, which I can't access. I want to change the devices registered in the Amazon account associated with the email I can't get to.
