I need to cancel my Canadian subscription and reactivate it in Mexico without losing my cloud storage. Is this possible, and what steps should I follow?

We don't have internet since last night. We have 3 boxes and I guess the main one has no power. The other 2 have power plugged into the same outlet. Troubleshooting says your DNS server might be unavailable. Are you able to connect to the internet on any of your devices? Which lights are colored and/or blinking on your router? Is it possible to have less boxes than 3? They make for a large footprint.
