I had a complete computer recovery done with the help of my granddaughter, but now I can't access my email or Norton because my saved passwords were lost. I tried contacting HTC's tech support, but they couldn't help. Should I wait to call Horry Telephone Co-op on Monday or is there another solution?

I have a Biostar TA970 motherboard with an AMD FX processor. I cannot get Windows Server 2012 R2 to install. It starts loading the files and displays a message that I cannot read because it does not appear on the screen long enough and reboots. Is there some kind of BIOS configuration change that I can make or another method to install the OS?
