I purchased Advanced System Pro, but the code won't work. It didn't automatically download and install when I had it before, and now the new code doesn't work either. My computer is an Acer with Windows 10, but I can't get to the model number without taking everything apart. This issue started a week ago when I purchased the product online. What should I do?
