My desktop has a blue screen saying 'boot device not found. Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard disk (3f0). F2 system diagnostics.' I have tried unplugging the 3F0 for ten seconds and then plugging it back in, but it didn't work. I also ran the F2 system diagnostics with no good results. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I usually do not have to sign into my Amazon account on my computer but it made me so I did. I still can't get to my cart to checkout.
