My email is not working; I cannot receive or send emails. I have had to use webmail to work, and my secondary email address still works. My internet connection is good, and I am not aware of any antivirus or firewall settings blocking my email. I spoke with my internet provider, Spark, and they advised me to contact Microsoft. How can I resolve this issue and regain access to my email on my normal app on my phone and laptop?
