My Facebook account has been hacked, and the hacker has changed my primary email, phone number, and other recovery information. I cannot access any recovery methods, and Facebook's limited options are not helpful. What can I do to recover my account, and what else might the hacker have access to?

I lost my cell phone 14 hours ago and noticed a debit from my checking account due to Venmo activity that was not initiated by me. I am outside the U.S. and have not used Venmo since January 14. Does anyone else have access to this checking account, and is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect?

I have a Samsung Galaxy A7 tablet and I can't get the Netflix and Hulu apps to work. I've updated the apps, checked the Play Store, and tried various workarounds, but the apps are either not compatible or won't install. What can I do to resolve this issue?

My Facebook account was permanently disabled, and I'm unsure why. I received a message stating that I broke one of their community rules and was asked to submit a government-issued ID, which I did. However, upon trying to log in again, I was informed that my case had been reviewed and my account was permanently disabled. What can I do to potentially reinstate my account?

I left my iPhone in a taxi in Singapore and cannot locate it using 'Find My iPhone'. I've tried calling the phone and reported it to the Lost and Found of the taxi system. What else can I do to recover my phone?

I keep getting charges on my bank account from Apple.com, and when I look at the history, it doesn’t show charges on the dates I was charged. I can provide the dates and amounts. Does anyone else have access to this bank account? Should not. Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you.
