My Facebook account has been hacked and they have set up a security key to access it. I need to recover this account so I can permanently delete it. I am unable to access the account to report it to Facebook. What steps can I take to recover or report this account?

My remote initially would not turn the TV on but worked for other functions when turned on manually. After mistakenly hitting a manual side button, I can no longer get anything. The TV says 'Cable - no signal.' I would like Xfinity to schedule a technician to visit my home to resolve this issue.
