I cannot receive my messages on Google Chat. It's not my phone because I just left Verizon and had it checked out completely. My phone model is S20. This issue has been going on all week, and I have tried calling Verizon technicians every day. They tried everything they know, but the problem seems to be with Google Chat. I was hacked back in June or July of 2022. I contacted a person named Steve who claimed to be from Microsoft's online security department. He had me buy over $120,000 in Bitcoins and Apple gift cards, promising to send the money back but hasn't. Is Steve really working for Microsoft, and what should I do about the money I spent?
