My Facebook account has been hacked. They have changed my name and are messaging my family and close friends. I have reported this to Facebook multiple times and tried various forms to regain access, but all attempts have been denied. What else can I do to recover my account or stop the hacker?

I have been trying to change my credit card details for my Britbox account but have been unsuccessful. I use Roku for streaming and have been working with Britbox for 2 days, going in circles. I had a possible fraud alert from my bank, which sent a new card, and I was advised to call vendors with automatic withdrawals for payment. What can I do to update my card details on Britbox?
