My Family Tree Maker software is showing 'No internet connection' even though I can access the internet through Chrome and my email site. The software worked on Sunday but not yesterday or today. My membership is valid until August. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

When I try to copy an item in my documents, Windows Explorer stops working and restarts. This also happens when I try to send documents to a USB. I have checked for updates and performed a system restore, but the issue persists. I am running Windows 7. What could be causing this problem and how can it be resolved?

I want to install a PDF but I get blocked. I may have a virus. My computer is running Windows 7 Home. I haven't installed any updates recently and just use what shows on the screen. One friend says it involves my security system. What should I do?

I'm stuck in quest mode on my custom-made Asus computer with model ECA3280, unable to switch users or access my main admin user. I've tried signing out and there's no option to switch users. Additionally, I was trying to fix RoboForm and Windows Media Player, and during the process, I was asked to create another user, which led to this issue. What can I do to resolve this?
