How do I configure Outlook Express to work with my Yahoo.com email account, particularly in setting up the POP server?

I am trying to set up my new computer using Windows Live for email. I wish to keep my same Yahoo login (smnovic@sbcglobal). The prompts say someone is already using this login, which is me. I may have tried to sign up before and never finished. Can you help me?

My computer screen has lost icons, headings, and programs, which are now misplaced to the left side. Additionally, the screen seems too large, leaving no room for additional rows of icons. How can I restore the correct placement and size of these elements?

My computer shuts down almost every time I watch a video. It's a 64-bit operating system with 4 GB of memory running Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 installed. The system was upgraded from Windows Vista. Why does it work in safe mode but not in normal mode?

When trying to edit pictures in a photoshow, once I try to crop (or any other type of edit), and the "starburst" save shows - it keeps saying saving...but never does. I then get the following message: "We're sorry but an error has occurred. Please try using the "undo" function and try saving your work again. If this problem persists call Customer Support." But there is no number to call for Customer Support!!
