My Fitbit Lux, which has been working fine, has gradually become more reluctant to sync with my iPhone and does not stay synced. I have tried syncing it by pulling down on the 'today' page and using the icon in the upper left to go to Lux and sync from the bottom of that page. It seems to start syncing but then stops. After several attempts, it will finally sync but does not stay synced. Is Bluetooth currently enabled on the device I'm trying to connect with? Are you able to pair your iPhone with other products? Is there anything else the Smartphone Expert should know before I connect you?
