My Galaxy S9+ is frozen and unresponsive. It is currently charging, but a force reboot isn't working. There is a recording playing in the background, and the phone feels like it's vibrating. The buttons are not responding properly, and it keeps saying 'double tap to activate.' I tried powering off and on, but the issue persists. I also attempted a hard reset, but there was no change.
