I want to delete all my Facebook accounts because they keep getting hacked. I have reported this to Facebook, but they haven't been helpful. People I know are receiving messages from my hacked accounts. What should I do to delete these accounts and prevent further hacking?

I need my username and password for my email so I can log into the SiriusXM app. I got my subscription through an auto dealership 4 years ago and do not know my login. I tried to reset my password but got a message wanting to charge me $39.95 for the service, which I declined. Additionally, your company charged my debit card $55 without authorization. I need a $55 credit back to my account.
