My HP 19-2113w computer screen went blank after a Windows update. The power button lights up, I can hear the fan, but the screen remains dark. I've tried removing peripherals, rebooting, and holding the shift key during startup, but nothing works. What should I do next?

I have a blood pressure cuff model BP786 that my husband used all the time. He has since passed, and I can't find the manual. Can you help me set up or send me a manual? I put new batteries in it and tried to use it, but it creates minimal pressure and turns off after a couple of minutes, then tries to run again with the same result.

My HP OfficeJet Pro p015e printer continually disconnects from the software despite showing a strong Wi-Fi signal.
