My HP 4630 printer is not printing. I received a suspicious call two weeks ago with a non-working number (8446615442) and today, a message said Microsoft is no longer on my computer. I don't print often and just discovered the issue yesterday. I don't know when the last OS update was and I'm not very tech-savvy. Will the technician call or assist online, and can they help me fix the printer issue?

I have a Gateway 17" Laptop NV78 with a power problem. The fully charged battery only lasts for about 20 minutes before the unit dies. Best Buy suggested buying a new Windows 10 unit instead of fixing the current one. What can be done to resolve this issue?

My AT&T Yahoo email won't load on my computer. I usually access it through a web browser. I've tried troubleshooting by calling AT&T, but they said it was a Yahoo issue since AT&T and Yahoo recently merged. I haven't been able to use my computer for a month due to open heart surgery, and even when I tried in rehab, their Wi-Fi didn't let me access my email after viewing two emails. What web browser are you using to access your Yahoo account?

I am unable to get my email due to a new Oath privacy statement that has no place to check that I accept. It stops at Business to Business. I use Frontier communications and have had no trouble until this privacy Oath pop-up. My email address is ***@******.***. If I am not able to accept the new Oath, please remove this blockage from my computer.
