My girlfriend has an Acer 7551 series computer that is no longer able to connect to the internet. The issue started about three weeks ago when her daughter played games on it. When she tries to connect, it shows the loading sign but never connects. Any suggestions for a not-so-computer-savvy person?

I have a wireless system using a CISCO DPC 3000 that connects to an APPLE 6F03145 Airport Extreme. I purchased a Samsung BD E5700 to use with my SONY KLV 32M1 TV that has one HDMI port. The first time I used the setup, it worked, but the next day, the download was slow, and NETFLIX would play for about 3 minutes before going back to download and reconnecting, both of which were very slow. I updated the SAMSUNG software and spoke to COMCAST, who said my signal was too weak. Comcast also said the speed on my network was 10 times more than NETFLIX required. I also have two MAC computers I use wirelessly without difficulty. Any suggestions?

I lost all my desktop icons on my Acer Aspire with Windows 7 32. When I right-click on the empty screen, nothing happens, and I don't get the context menu. I also have issues with Internet Explorer 9, where it sometimes doesn't respond when clicked. What could be causing these issues and how can I resolve them?
