I purchased Microsoft Home and Student on 8/1/2010 for $120, and a CD for $15.00, plus S&H and tax, for a total of $149.73. I never received the CD, and my order number is XXXXX MS9925213700. My Product Key is GM9VY-C9GJ2-P7YB2-89VGO-RB62C. I don't have the software on my computer anymore and would like to get the download back. Additionally, a support tech removed my desktop icons and I lost the Word program. How can I get the software back and restore my desktop icons?

In my Yahoo Mail, when I type an address in the 'To:' box, I used to be able to type a few letters and the address would automatically appear, as it would also for a group. How can I restore this feature?

Using the Raritan KX2-864 Web client, I am unable to connect to target servers (Windows/Linux) due to a lack of certificates. The web client denies the connection, and none of the attached servers have certificates. What is the workaround for this issue?
