My HP Pavilion dv7 laptop running Windows OS was hacked and spyware was detected. The technician from Justanswer installed Super Anti Spyware and I took out a year's subscription. The scammers called again claiming they still have access to my computer and will crash my operating system. I want to ensure there is no spyware or malware left on my computer. What should I do?

I have an AT&T Yahoo account with a 10 MB attachment limit. When I try to send an email with an attachment greater than 10 MB, I get a bounce back. I called AT&T, and they said I need to contact Yahoo. Can you help me upgrade my email service or suggest an alternative solution?
