I want my MSN Messenger and Hotmail accounts deleted permanently because someone has hacked into my accounts and I can't log into MSN Messenger to cancel it as it says I am already logged in on another computer. Additionally, they have accessed my new Yahoo Messenger account. How can I permanently delete these accounts and ensure my Yahoo account is secure?

I copied all my old emails from my old hard drive to Windows Live Mail on my new PC, and now I can't open any of the emails that were already in WLM on my new PC. I tried repairing WLM but it didn't help. How can I fix this issue without losing my emails?

I am trying to install 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium in Parallels Desktop on my iMac. During the installation, I get an error message stating 'The unattended answer file contains an invalid product key.' I have tried downloading and burning both X17-58996 and X17-58997 ISO files, but both give the same error. I also read that I should remove the reference to the floppy disk drive, but I don't know how to do this. Can you help?
