My HP Pro 6968 printer is not printing black, even after running the self-cleaning cycle and replacing all ink cartridges. I have also tried reinstalling the printer driver and printing a test page, but the issue persists. What else can I do to resolve this?

I have a Lorex camera system, model LH050400, which has no video output. The power light and HDD light flash, the camera is working, but there is no video output to the monitor.
