My Facebook account password has been changed by someone else. I haven't reported this to Facebook yet. I've checked my email and other online accounts for tampering but found nothing. I want to know who the hacker is and get my Facebook account back. What should I do?

There is a person hacking people's pages and scamming them by pretending to be their friends. This person tried to hack my page after pretending to be a friend and scammed me for $150.00. I have 4 babies with COVID-19 and think I got it for the second time. Are you still able to log in to your jo-2053 account? Have you checked your email and other online accounts for tampering, especially if they have the same username and password? I have had to report my PayPal. I have some more information if the person who did it.
