My husband has Picasa 3 on his Windows 7 computer with Chrome Browser. When new photos are added to Picasa, they disappear from Picasa but do not show up in Google Cloud Storage. Instead, they seem to wind up in some Dell storage or another inaccessible location. How can we ensure that new photos are automatically moved into Google Cloud Storage so I can access them?

I downloaded an upgrade from my security site for Windows 10 on my HP Pavilion 23 desktop. After the upgrade, the system went into restart mode to activate, but it failed repeatedly for 30 minutes. I turned it off and back on, but now the screen remains black despite the system sounding like it's running. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

My computer won't launch the program 'Freemind'. It was working previously, but after trying to insert an image into a mindmap, the program froze and now won't open. I've tried restarting the computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the program, and using System Restore, but the issue persists. What else can I do to resolve this?

I cannot make Google my home page because Yahoo makes the application page ineffective. I also have no email. Can you provide more details on how Yahoo affects this and how it stops me from setting Google as the home page?
