My husband is a certified plumber with a successful business serving the same clientele for 30 years. I want to set up a website to inform the public about his certification in tankless water heaters and his services. Is it advisable to create a website, or should we continue informing clients as he visits their homes? Do you recommend using a professional website service?

I'm a new ECS user. I used to use the IBM browser with WARP 4. Now, when I'm in Thunderbird, if I click on the HELP button, I get a list of four options. If I click on either 'Release Notes' or 'PmW-Tb', I get a brief flash of the word MOZILLA on an orange background and then it returns to the PmW-Tb screen again. How do I get help?

I have been experiencing error messages on my computer screen when Windows Live is connected, particularly with my Big Pond and Gmail accounts. The error sign appears when the calendar is updated, and I receive a message that I cannot send or receive mail on these accounts. I have tried reinstalling Windows Live and entering my login information multiple times, but the issue persists. What could be causing this problem and how can I resolve it?

I have an Intel DB875PBZ motherboard in a Tsunami Thermaltake case. The system recently started an issue where it won't shut down properly; it goes through the entire shutdown process but then restarts. Any ideas?
