My husband is trying to subscribe to Pandora music, but the payment for the 9.99 subscription was declined, and instead, it charged 5.46. He doesn't want the 5.46 subscription and wants the 9.99 one. We haven't changed any payment info or account details, and I have two accounts. What should we do to resolve this issue?
