I want to cancel my membership, how do I do this?

I bought a Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 in the US in February 2020 with a 1-year general warranty. Now I have a problem with my laptop, but I live in Ukraine. Do you know if the warranty covers cases outside the US? I don't have official Microsoft service here and can't travel to the US or EU countries to bring my laptop to official service.

I had a blue screen pop up saying my Windows PC detected spyware, with a number to call. I called the number, but became suspicious and hung up. They've tried calling back multiple times. I'm not sure if this is legitimate, but I need to know what to do with my computer. I suspect it's been hacked to some extent. What steps should I take to ensure my computer's security and resolve this issue?

I applied for Spotify Premium back in June 25, 2020 and reapplied and paid by credit card on November 7, 2020. However, when I request Spotify through my Google Home, it keeps telling me that only Spotify Premium subscribers can access it. How can I rectify this issue and ensure my Spotify Premium subscription is recognized by Google Home?
