We have been paying for Hulu for months but cannot open it on our TV. I updated our credit card and password, and when I open 'manage devices' it says web browser. Our TV is considered part of the web browsing, correct? So why can't we get Hulu on our smart TV?

I have forgotten my Apple password. How do I regain access or change my password since I have forgotten it? I have an email address linked to the account and it is a gaming account that I am trying to access. We are seniors and have been isolated for almost a year now and this is our only form of entertainment.
