My iPhone 12 mini has frozen for the second time in two months. I can’t do anything with it. Tried to shut it down and that’s when it froze. I can receive through my iPad. I can make calls through my iPad or my car. I need to make a visit to the Apple repair. Have you tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons for 10 seconds)? Is there anything else the Smartphone Expert should know before I connect you?

My Wi-Fi says I have weak security. I already went through my cable company, Cox, and they recommended calling you. They tried to fix it by changing my name and password on the wire box. I have an Arris TG02DCG2472G wireless modem and use an iPad and iPhone 13. The issue started when I tried to set up my new iPad and I can’t load financial documents. I’m not getting WPA security. What can be done to improve my Wi-Fi security?

I forgot my password for my TV. What device or product are you trying to access? What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it? Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs? How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this? Is there anything else the TV Expert should know before I connect you?
